Registration / Enter Your Profile

You will be asked to provide Karlyn Fashion Recruiters with certain information in order to register and submit your resume information. This information includes but is not limited to your first and last name, home phone number and email address. Karlyn Fashion Recruiters, through our database partner Bullhorn, Inc., will provide you with a confidential password (see User ID and Password below). After a password is assigned, you can submit your resume, complete an online resume form, or update your current resume. In addition, you can attach files to your resume that you think are applicable to an employment search.

If you wish to have your resume information removed from our database, contact us via e-mail at info@karlyn.com and we will do so within five business days.

User ID and Password

Karlyn Fashion Recruiters, through our database partner Bullhorn, Inc., will provide you with a confidential password. If you forget your password, click the "Forget your password?" link that appears in the login section. The system will then provide you your password via email. In addition, the system will send a username that may be different than your original username. Either username will work with your password. If you have any problems, please contact us immediately by clicking on "Contact" and sending us an email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Karlyn Fashion Recruiters of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. If for some reason there is a need by Karlyn Fashion Recruiters to change your password, you will be notified immediately.

Updating Your Profile

You may review and update your profile information at any time in the Candidate section or via any other page through the login area.

Submission of Information

All information submitted to Karlyn Fashion Recruiters should be pertinent and appropriate to your employment, education, and skills history. Any information submitted that is inappropriate and/or does not apply to seeking employment will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted information or material that is not owned exclusively by you and for which you do not have expressed written consent from the owner, material that reveals trade secrets, that infringes on the rights or privacy of others, is threatening, abusive, derogatory or sexually explicit.
